Over €150,000 | Exclusive | 4.5% incl. VAT |
Over €150,000 | Non-exclusive | 5% incl. VAT |

Semi-exclusive fees: 4.5% incl. VAT of the sale price.
Seasonal Rentals
Fees calculated on the rental amount | 20% incl. VAT |
Conditions
Maximum applicable fees, including VAT at the prevailing rate. Fees are payable by the seller or the buyer in accordance with the provisions set out in the mandate. The amount of the fees and the party responsible for payment are specified in the mandate and in the relevant property listings.
